Preeti D’mello leads Leadership Development - Systemic Coaching & Mentoring at Tata Consultancy Services. She is a certified Professional Coach, Leadership and Change expert.

She is an Integral practioner who brings together East and West approaches to development, spiritual integration and development. Preeti works with Integral Yoga and Buddhism bringing together a toolkit of Polarity Thinking, Zen, Coaching, Gestalt, Positive and Constructive Developmental Psychology.

She also uses Past Life Therapy for personal and professional exploration of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual facets of human consciousness.

Her further studies include Adult Development and The Science of Coaching Psychology, Positive Psychology at Harvard University, and Ego Development Theory (Leadership Maturity Coaching) at Center for Leadership Maturity, USA. She holds an Advanced Practitioner Certification in the Polarity Approach for Continuity and Transformation and is also a Zen and Integral Yoga practitioner. Preeti has a Masters in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western University,

Preeti brings a grounded, practical and relational orientation to her work, leveraging her experience and understanding of human nature to evolve effective turnarounds to personal, business and leadership challenges. She is recognized for design thinking in systemic organizational and leadership development work.

Her career experience of over 30 years spans several industries and sectors with a focus on education and professional development for teachers. She managed the Pearson Examining Board – Edexcel and Learning Solutions for the APAC region. Her focus has been to integrate academic knowledge with behavioral capacities to build wholesomeness in education.

Preeti is inspired to work with children, parents and teachers and instill early stage emotional and mental strength towards greater wellbeing and happiness.
