Leadership and Communication Program (LCP)

Goldenmile Learning, in partnership with DIET Leh, launched the Leadership and Communication Program (LCP) to strengthen the voices and vision of Ladakh's school leaders. Bringing together nearly 60 principals, education officers, and coordinators, the program created a dynamic space for collaboration, reflection, and personal growth.
Facilitated by Dr. Neepa Oza and Ms. Tarana Patel, the sessions went beyond theory— immersing participants in experiential activities around empathetic communication, team dynamics, and leading change. Through powerful discussions, storytelling, and role-based exercises, the leaders explored how clear, compassionate communication can drive transformation across schools.
The LCP marks a vital step in building a connected community of leaders who can inspire, listen, and lead with purpose—setting the foundation for a culture of trust and shared vision in Ladakh's education system.

Capacity Building Training
As part of its ongoing partnership with DIET Leh, Goldenmile Learning conducted a five-day Capacity Building Workshop for middle school headmasters across Ladakh, bringing together around 137 school leaders. Designed for leaders who work closely with teachers, administrators, and students, the programme created space to pause, reflect, and engage more thoughtfully with everyday leadership challenges in schools.
Facilitated by Dr. Neepa Oza and Mr. Amol Bapat, the sessions focused on empathetic communication, building strong team relationships, and navigating change at the school level. The workshop offered a platform for the teachers to discuss how small decisions in their everyday interactions at the school level—in terms of what they say and how they respond—shape trust, collaboration, and school culture
Across the five days, participants shared experiences from their own realities, questioned assumptions, and worked through practical strategies they could take back to their staffrooms. The workshop supported them in leading with greater clarity and confidence, contributing to school environments where communication is intentional, leadership is shared, and change is possible.
