MoU - Kargil
The Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Goldenmile Learning to launch the Reinforced Teacher Training (RTT) Program, an initiative aimed at strengthening English language teaching and classroom practices across government schools in Kargil. The signing ceremony, graced by CEC Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, MP Ladakh Mohd Hanifa Jan, Secretary Higher Education Bhanu Prabha, Program Director Dr. Neepa Oza and the Goldenmile Learning team, marked an important milestone in Kargil's journey toward quality education. The partnership seeks to revolutionise traditional classrooms—shifting from teacher-centric to learner-centric spaces—where teachers become facilitators of curiosity, creativity, and confident expression.
